By day, I work a full-time corporate job, but this studio is my real "main character" moment. As a self-proclaimed gym rat, exercise is my absolute love language. I’m passionate about movement, fun, and helping you feel strong, confident, and alive! When I’m not at the studio—which is my ultimate happy place—I’m probably paying rent to the 10 cats who rule my house or crocheting amigurumi toys. There is nothing better than seeing someone become stronger and healthier, so whether you're new to fitness or ready to try something different, come fly with me!

A: Bungee fitness uses a resistance-based suspension system that straps you into a harness and connects you to strong, elastic cords. These cords help support your body weight while you move through an exhilarating mix of cardio, strength, and mobility-based exercises.
A: YES! Of course. We offer 1-hour demo sessions on Saturday afternoons (by appointment) at a cost of R150 per person. It’s the perfect way to experience the fun for the first time!

A: NO! Here at Volare Fitness, we incorporate strengthening and cardio straight into the Bungee Fly routine. We also adapt the routine to perfectly suit your individual fitness level, making it accessible for everyone.
A: Volare Fitness offers tailored sessions for all age groups:
KIDS: Aged 7 – 12
TWEENS: Aged 13 – 18
ADULTS: Aged 18+
A: Yes, that is one of the biggest benefits! Because the bungee cord supports you, it provides a low-impact environment that is incredibly gentle on your knees, ankles, and hips while still delivering a massive cardio and strength workout.
A: To ensure you have the most comfortable experience, please follow these guidelines:
Top: A snug top that stays in place will keep your focus on the workout.
Bottoms: High-waisted leggings or tights.
Sports Bra: A high-support sports bra is non-negotiable.
Shoes: Grippy socks or barefoot.
Don't forget: Remember to bring your water bottle and a sweat towel!
