  • Schedule: Demo classes take place on Saturday afternoons from 14:00 - 14:55 and 15:00 - 15:55[cite: 1].
  • Capacity: Each class accommodates a maximum of 7 people; therefore, advanced booking is essential[cite: 1].

1.2 Monthly Memberships

  • All active members must download the Sweet Space App to manage their membership, process payments, and reserve class sessions[cite: 1].
  • A once-off Registration Fee of R200 applies to new memberships[cite: 1].
  • It is highly recommended that clients attend a Demo Class prior to purchasing a monthly membership package[cite: 1].
  • To formalize a membership, clients must complete and sign a Membership Information Form, an Indemnity Form, and a formal Contract[cite: 1].

1.3 Membership Packages & Terms

Standard class options are available on fixed terms (Month-to-Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months)[cite: 2]. Missing classes cannot be carried over, and weekend options are structured separately[cite: 1, 2]:

  • Option A (8 Classes/Month): 2 classes per week (Monday to Friday)[cite: 1, 2].
  • Option B (12 Classes/Month): 3 classes per week (Monday to Friday)[cite: 1, 2].
  • Option C (4 Classes/Month): 1 class per week (Monday to Friday). Minimum contract starts at R480/month[cite: 1, 2].
  • Option D (Weekend Classes): Saturday or Sunday specific packages are structured on a separate contract at R550 per month for 4 weekend classes[cite: 1, 2]. Saturdays are not included in weekday contracts, though weekday members may book an extra Saturday session for R180, subject to availability[cite: 1].

2. Studio Rules & Participant Obligations

  • For safety and equipment performance standards, a strict maximum individual weight limit of 110kg applies to all participants across all adult classes, demos, and events[cite: 1].
  • By agreeing to these terms, members undertake to provide accurate information regarding their weight and height, and agree to basic weight assessments at the studio's discretion for safety programming[cite: 4].

2.3 Conduct & Facility Limits

  • Members are entitled to access the gym facilities solely during normal operating hours and designated class times[cite: 4].
