  • This 1-Hour bungee fitness class is designed for a teenage group, led by expert instructor Adele Schikkerling. This high-energy session is similar to our adult classes, but take into account the mobility of younger athletes! This class focuses on age-appropriate strength training, flexibility work, movement control, and fun!
  • Fitness & Conditioning: Master Balance, body awareness & confidence.
  • Duration: 1 Hour

Kids Bungee Classes [5-8yrs]
  • Volare's Bungee Kids Classes are an ideal way to introuduce your child to the world of Bungee Fitness! This 1-Hour class is focused on age-appropriate movement and mobility exercises. Led by our Fitness Expert Adele Schikkerling, this class is accompanied with fun dance-tunes to get the energy pumping. A healthy and productive wy for kids to explore their range of motion like never before!
  • Age Range For Children aged 5-8.
  • Duration: 1 Hour

Kids Bungee Parties [6-13yrs]
  • Make your child’s next birthday unforgettable with a high-flying bungee adventure! Designed for small groups of kids aged 6–13, our party experience includes a fun, age-appropriate bungee class, where your attendees can have fun soaring and bouncing through the air! 
  • Age Range: For Children aged 6-13.
  • Duration: 1 Hour
  • Catering: Self-catered, cake-cutting area provided.
  • Attendee Limit: Note only 7-8 children capacity due to limited harnesses.
